ppky...with Limey anything is likely to happen when it comes to technical adjustments being made to his oppponents rifles. Looks like a fine sight adjustment tool to me.

40 years experience as an engineer and I had to hold the gun, he wouldn't let me use the rock..

Limey, who taught you how to hold a gun for precise sight adjustment? Don't you know you should also clamp it between the knees?
