Groundhog day. 81 and sunny, yard still ain't cut. Don't forget, Smallbore Rifle Silhouette match tomorrow at HRPC, 8am. Lasagna for lunch. (leftover from the meeting, but still good) And what kind of self respecting Cuban eats matso ball soup?

As this is my first posting in this forum, it is probably appropriate to introduce myself. So...here goes: I am an aspiring silly shooter who is still woefully behind the learning curve. I am ,however, lucky in being a member in the same shooting club in Hollywood, Fl as some of the guys on this forum. Consequently, I have an excellent source of instruction and advice.

You might wonder why I have picked this thread to introduce myself? The answer to this is that the fellow that first got me into this discipline was none other than the much maligned TBONE! Up until today, I had nothing but good things to say about TBONE.....However, today I don't know what to think.

Imagine my surprise when I sighted the supposedly deceased TBONE last night!! But the worst of it was the circumstances of this encounter......I went to dinner at the trendy South Beach area of Miami Beach yesterday and, when traversing one of the more "flamboyant sections" (read: "Gay section") I happened to spot what seemed to be TBONE's leather shooting vest on some guy who wore nothing else other than a green thong and flip flops and he was all over some rather mean looking biker dude (NOT in a wholesome way). I got closer to check this out and.....sure enough.....IT WAS TBONE IN PERSON. I couldn't believe my eyes but, as soon as TBONE noticed I had seen him, he ran away as fast as he could. Needless to say I was stunned!

I have tried to contact HAMBONE all day to get an explanation, to no avail. He wont answer his phone and was nowhere to be seen at the club. I don't know what to think, other than this smacks of some sort of scam. I just haven't put together what their angle is yet.

Please forgive me for this long winded report but....TBONE lives!

Hey, you're the one that told us TBone was dead. Likewise, you have been shamelessly milking his supposed "estate". Wait til the probate judge learns that you are using the court to dispose of assets of a very live TBone.....

As far as your "outing" comment.......I'm offended: I'm as straight as can be....Mind you, Not that there is anything wrong with being a Gay American! I have many (ok....some....well ok: one) Gay friend.

Lets get back on subject: What are you and TBone up to?????

If you fail to provide a reasonable explanation, I will ask Malinois to bring his flexicuffs to the Silly shoot tomorrow and take you into custody.....

Dear CGM, I have become aware that unnamed co- conspiritorial string pullers have recruited an innocent dupe (you) to try to rattle me with these scurrilous accusations before tomorrow's big match. This is not possible, as I have just returned from the pharmacy and I am confident I shall emerge victorious even with one hand flexicuffed behind my back. P.S. Ralph, take two 15 minutes before the match. I shall now retire as I'm feeling a bit drowsy.
