Steelchicken.com Hats!!!

Post by webmaster »

A fellow Silhouette shooter who works in the embroidery industry, Jeff59, is offering to make up some of the hats you've seen and we'd like to give you the opportunity to get one if you'd like.

Jeff59 will be posting periodically about runs or batches of hats he's having made up and you can contact him about them.

Here's my middle boy sporting his replacement hat after his old man gave his away as a trophy at Missoula. He's got the grin of a guy who's just been Silhouette Shooting!

Got my hat today. The quality is great and it's exactly how I ordered it. I don't have time to take pics and post them tonight, but I'll try to get around to it in the next few days. Overall, I'm very happy with the hat for the price, but it took longer to get than I expected.

Finally...

I was having some problems getting hats produced through the website so I will be doing them myself.
I have three hats available now. When these are gone I will order more hats and do a run of 6.

Left to right:

Black with camo trim, velcro adjustment.
Khaki with black brim, microfiber suede, velcro adjustment.
Tan with tan under brim, mesh back, flex fit (elastic).

$12 each plus $4 shipping.

I will combine shipping costs if you want more than one.

Just in -- Steel Chicken Hat... Awesome!

Folks -- I was lucky to get one of the 2nd batches of hats -- "Jeff" was outstanding to deal with -- emails were prompt and accurate and he even sent the hat before my wife made the paypal transaction (anybody else have this level of "internal control" on household expenses? :) )

The hat was in a bag, in a professional box and a hand written note to boot! I'm RO at the pistol range on Sunday (seen the MI weather lately?) and I'll be shooting my 22 rifle all day long... as well as wearing a great fitting cap.

Well done Jeff!

Regards, Leo (Olive). :D

Right now, Jeff is going to take a small vacation from hat manufacturing, but he's been gracious enough to send me a batch of about 2-dozen much like those pictured above.

I'll be bringing them to Conard Cup and to Jacksonville as long as they last.
