Must a hunter gun be mag fed?
Isn't a gun in hunter class supposed to be fed from the mag? I know all I usually see on the line is folks single feeding.........
I've been considering building a 2 class gun and was thinking it would have to have and be fed by a mag to be compliant........

Usually shooting scores right in class, too bad its the class below my classification!

Steve, go down a few spaces to the 'single or repeater' topic. Unless it is a purpose built single shot action, all others must be fed from the magazine. The last post in that topic sums up the current rule status on repeaters. I have some people at our matches single loading a repeater (mag fed) hunter rifle directly into the chamber. No one has complained about it, so I over look it at a club level match. I just want people to continue shooting our matches. But I won't allow it at a registered match per the current NRA rules.

Thanks Bob, I overlooked the other thread before I posted this (but I thought I had seen it before).
So as to not muddy the waters, I'll ask a question on that thread.
