Burris Z Rings

Post by killahog »

Would the signature 420554 be the correct rings for a 1712.? They came with two sets of spacers or washers one set was marked with a (A) the other set was not marked. I currently have these installed on a model 1415 with the (washers) and they appear to be correct.

If the height of the rings is lining up with your eye then yes, they would be a good option.

They are steel rings and a bit heavy, so if you're trying to hit a certain weight limit then they are a good source for some weight-savings if you swap them out for some D3 Precision, BKL, or Morr Accuracy rings.

For a good primer on rings that are typically used in Silhouette, check out this article: https://nassasilhouette.org/dovetail-scope-rings/
