The PA State Silhouette Championship for SB/STD-HTR will be held at the Ridgway Rifle Club Ridgway, PA On September 9,2023The program is attached.
Note: This is a one day event. The range is open 9/8/2023 for practice.

For awards, is it PA residents only?

I think the way it works is you have to be a PA resident and member of the PA Rifle & Pistol Assoc. to win the champion spot. All other awards are open. Maybe someone could jump in and clarify.

I thought I have seen this in other matches, so only a PA resident and members of their association can get the state championship award?

Awards aside, one of the best places to shoot.

Just show up and shoot.Don’t worry about the State Organization BS.
If the NRA silhouette mystery panel was truly interested in promoting silhouette they would drop the requirement of having Togo through the state organization to have a state championship.
