Please don't take offense, but I'm trying to stay with just Texas for the regular monthly matches. Your regional in September definitely gets added though. Please let me know more info so I can have a complete listing...

Type of match (high power, smallbore, lever-action, etc).
Range info (name, location)

... stuff like that.

Al, i should have put on my glasses to read your original post and I would know your parameters. My fault.

It's a lever action regional, The Sooner Classic. 40-rounds of SB and PC Saturday and 40 of rifle caliber Sunday. We will have some sort of fun match for a warmup on Friday. Contact Jeanne Ring, jeanne@mbo.net, 405-820-2067.
Match program will be out and posted within the next few weeks, or whenever I get off my butt and put it together, whichever comes first.

did anyone notice that the Texas Lever Gun Match and the Louisiana Smallbore match is the same weekend? Yall gonna make us choose? Any chance of Tim and Dustin working something out? Please?

The Texas State BPCR and 22 BPCR match is that weekend also.

Yeah we FINALLY were able to make a weekend work that we could repeat every year - first weekend of May. Worked really well last year.

It breaks Bruce's heart every year when the Texas Lever Gun match conflicts with something else in the region.

Match dates for the 2020 season are starting to trickle in and getting added to the calendar. If your club has matches on the calendar please give them a check to make sure everything is still up to date and valid.

Specifically, I've added the Chicken Coop Shoot, The Shamrock Silhouette Shootout (Dustin, check my dates), the CBC match, the Canadian Nationals, and the various disciplines for the NRA Nationals.

If anyone has any other major/regional matches that would be attractive to the Texas silhouette community please let me know and I'll get them added.

Zwolle (Louisiana Highpower State Championship) is October 19-20, 2019 & October 17-18, 2020

The Drue Wands Invitational (Louisiana Lever Action State Championship) is December 7-8, 2019 & December 5-6, 2020

The Louisiana Silhouette Championship is May 2-3, 2020

The LAPUA Super Shoot in Ridgway is Memorial day Weekend, 2020

The Beaumont Regional (or state match) (We call it the Wimpy Open and I suggest that be the official name) is June 5-7, 2020

The Ironman is June 5-7, 2020

The Missouri Highpower Regional is August 15-16, 2020

The huge lever action regional in Ridgway is Labor Day weekend.

Glad to hear you guys are starting up a smallbore match up there.

I try to keep the information for the monthly matches somewhat detailed for anyone that may be interested in showing up to your match. So, is that Thursday, January 2nd and each first-Thursday of the month thereafter? Got a contact name, number, email, and start/end times?
