Another/more 25-20 info - a link.
Not tying to step on dwolster's post but this seems a lot more to the 25-20 questions on loads...
Don't have a 25-20 but did just scan this thread. 1482 posts long and counting. You might get some decent info from it.

Great information!
I really like the 25-20, easier now to find then before, less than $1000, some under $600.
Problem now a days is brass is harder to find or be reformed from 32-20 and what some say was the best bullet ever, the 86 grain Remington is no more.
Has anyone tried to size up 218 bee brass?
I would imagine that a 7mm expander then FL size would do it easy, like 7 TCU.

Dennis I've always found sizing up much easier than sizing down. You always crush a bunch when going down and with brass being a premium you don't want to damage even one. I don't have any experience with the 25-20 but I do see .218 bee is available from Hornady. I think Starline has it in limited runs too.
I would go with a .257 (or just smaller .255) expander and then no need to resize and over work the brass.

Everything 35 Remington says I have replicated. I really like the w231 mouse fart loads. Unfortunately it doesn’t hold accuracy to the ram line. So I load them up and punish targets at 22 mag velocity.
