That is some really good shooting. Massey is always in the running when he shows up with any gun.
39/40...I predict a new national record will be set in PC at an Austin Texas match in 2017.

Re: Louisiana State CLA Match
This was my 1st big CLA match. I really enjoyed shooting in it today. It was a learning experience with shooting standard velocity ammo on the PC pigs. I did have a lot of fun today.
Congratulations to Robert, Emmett and all of the winners today. It was some fine shooting.

Thank you Dustin for a well run fun match. Thank you to Jerry for the wonderful food and a huge thanks to Dustins brother (who's name escapes me, sorry) and his friends for the fantastic job setting targets.
Emmett Dibble, Houston, Texas. Where's my buddy Jason? Keeper of electronic records and banisher of little pieces of paper?

Kyle. Thank you Kyle and your buds for setting this weekend. Emmett really had a great time. Thanks Jerry and Bruce for cooking.
Congrats to Bruce Finley who won CF with an OUTSTANDING 37/40.
Congrats to Robert Massey for the ag win 107/120.
There were many personal bests shot this weekend. You needed your A game and some more to even place. The first number in your score needed to be a 3 to even get a 2nd in any class. GREAT competition.
We had fun. Thank you.

Dustin: Thanks for putting on a great match. A big thanks to the target resetters also. I am already planning on shooting in the match next year and that includes the center fire match.

Re: Louisiana State CLA Match
Been terribly busy, so am late posting this. Super well managed tournament. Target Setters to be admired!!!
Lessons learned. Always but always, maintain composure. Always realize that all there will help in a time of crisis. A very special Thanks to Bruce, Jerry, and Eric.
Goals were set too low. I made goal by shooting personal bests with all 3 classes, but should have scored better.
Thanks to Bruce for being a great Coach while preparing for this match. Thanks to Jonah for fantastic spotting for SB and PC, and Eric for spotting for CR.
i don't understand why Dustin gives P. Stiger such a hard time. I must be missing something there.
Anyway, next year, I'll be y'alls Huckleberry!

Re: Louisiana State CLA Match
This should be fairly obvious. Every time he shows up to a match, the person he brings with him shoots a 39 or some other unbeatable score (or he does it himself)... No one likes a show-off.dhatch wrote:i don't understand why Dustin gives P. Steiger such a hard time. I must be missing something there.
Plus, every time I spend the night at his house he wakes me up too early.

I must be from North Lusiana. I still don't get it. He doesn't bring Elisabeth with him and you still complain?
