Smallbore Course of Fire
Hello. I downloaded the rules for Silhouette from the NRA website but I do not see course of fire for Rimfire Cowboy Silhouette. If I remember right pigs are at a different distance than regular smallbore, is that right?
Appreciate your insight on distances and settings.
Thanks!

50 meters for the piggies in lever action as apposed to 60 meters for rifle silhouette

Unless you are shooting with us. We use the same distances as smallbore cause thats where the rails are....
I buy all my guns from t-rex. He's a small arms dealer.

Thank you. I was under the impression it was 50 yd, not meters. Thanks for the clarification.rr1220 wrote:50 meters for the piggies in lever action as apposed to 60 meters for rifle silhouette

There is some verbiage in the rules about local conditions. Some ranges shoot 50 Yards because that's how they were laid out before silhouette. Others purpose built for silhouette in meters. Thing you need to know is very few ranges are measured precisely, best if you have a good set of zeros logged for each individual range.

That is likely good advice for any discipline, thank you.
