SOLD: Custom Kimber HS

Post by powding »

Gorgeous customized Kimber Hunter Silhouette that includes the following:
1. Lothar Walther custom stainless steel barrel, installed and pillar bedded by Wayne Merrier.
2. Polished trigger with new custom made wide trigger shoe. Breaks like glass at 2.2 pounds.
3. Polished industrial chrome finish on receiver, bolt and handle.
4. Factory stock stripped and gel coated in beautiful Ferrari red.
5. Additional Mark Pharr stock completely finished in same red gel coat. Pillar bedded and drop-in ready.
6. Two sets of custom mounts. A single piece by Marvin Pearson and a two piece (Weaver style) custom mount by Wayne Merrier.
7. Five industrial chrome finished Kimber magazines.

This gun is extremely accurate. I have shot groups as small as 5/8" at 100 yards. When built, Wayne said it was one of the best guns he ever shot. Only standard velocity ammo used (Eley and Lapua) . In all I have shot less than ten matches with this gun and it has not been used since October of 2009. I have shot only one match this year and that was with another gun. Time to thin out the herd. Additional photos available.

Price for everything is $1,350. Spent $2,000 for all the above.
