FS HP Silhouette rifle SOLD

This is a Remington 700 action in 308 with a 20 inch light barrel and a fiberglass stock which is cut about an inch short. This would make a great gun for a shorter man/woman or youth. Comes with scope bases and rings. I shot it a few weeks ago and it will touch 3 shots at 100 yards with the load I have for it. Price is $650 to your FFL in a hard plastic case or less if ftf.

Bump with a little more info. The gun was shot from the early 80's until 1990. The trigger is factory but breaks clean at just under 1 lb. The sleeve on the barrel covers magnaporting which was legal in silhouette for a short time. The red sticker is from the 1990 nationals in ridgeway. The stock is a H-S precicion Anschutz style cut 1 inch short. If you have any other questions see the contact info in the first post. Steve

Any offers? Would make a great first rifle for a youth or woman. I hate to see such a great gun just sitting in the gun safe. Steve
