leadlauncher1, this would have been better answered in the Highpower rifle section. But what the hell, we are already here

.
To the best of my knowledge the only factory rifle ever produced for the 7mmBR was/is the Remington 40XB BR, a benchrest rifle. Even then I think it was a custom shop model. I could be wrong, but no company that I am aware of offers an "over the counter" hunting rifle in 7mmBR. The round is much more popular in the XP-100 pistol for handgun silhouette and hunting, though plenty of shooters have rebarreled M700's for rifle silhouette.
If you are really hung up on a 7mm/.284 caliber (like me) the 7-08 Rem. can be handloaded to perform like the BR. You can load it light, medium, or heavy. It is a very flexible cartridge. There are several manufacturers that offer plenty of models of 7-08 hunting rifles. Remington alone has 13 models in 7-08.
Several of us on this site still swear by the 7-08's superior performance on silhouette steel, including a few of your countrymen down under.
