Primers

Post by OldRanger »

Is everyone else having troubles finding primers? I'm looking for the federal large rifle 210 or 210M. Not one to be found in the whole town. Actually the only large rifle I've found is CCI BR2 at 60 bucks a thousand. Do you guys order them online and just pay outrageous prices, or do you find them in your home towns?

I got enough for a couple months so it isn't life or death, but still.....
I buy all my guns from t-rex. He's a small arms dealer.

Haz mat and shipping add to cost, so buy as many as you can, or split a batch with someone.

They are out of federal, but have other flavors.

powder valley for on line orders. my local sportman's warehouse has primers just a dollar or two over powder valley prices. so i pay tax instead of shipping/haz mat fee. when i buy i buy more than i need because of the hard times when i can not find any.

Even Powder valley doesn't have them. Out of stock and no back order. With the hazmat charges I could just buy the benchrest primers here in town and it would be a wash. Oh well, guess I just cross my fingers that someone gets some in before I run out.
