Tikka T1x

Post by kevinbear »

D.I.P has finally completed the replacement base for the Tikka T1x, gone is that ugly shark fin base, makes a nice flat place to put your support hand/palm.

Technically the old magazine was not hindering you at all in silhouette competition, for magazines "those that extend below the stock line may not be used as support as per Rule 3.I(h) and 3.14."

I wish they would come out with a flush fitting magazine myself, because even that one sticks down and doesn't look as nice I think. I also think they should have gone with CZ magazines since they work so well, but then they wouldn't be able to make as much money so I see why they didn't.

Twin T1x's, I've since added a recoil pad to mine to increase the lop, Gary's stock is the all black one.

Replacing the 1712? I imagine you could turn a nice profit from selling off the 1712.
