Re: Leather Vest

It was tabled but since there is no definitive rule in the book that says they are not allowed then they will be allowed. I disagree that there is no definitive rule in the rule book that disallows leather vests in Lever action: The general rule in all silhouette is Rule 3.12 which says no shooting...

Re: Future of the Nationals?

Dustin, I give you a 1 out of 10 in the humor category for your current events comedy while my "Chinese owe me money" thread is a 9.9. Bobby, When we find out that the Chinese partnered with the Russians and Ridgway to move the nationals in an effort to take over our economy, your joke is not going...

Re: Future of the Nationals?

UPDATE: When I first heard of this year's United States Nationals (USN) moving to Ridgway, I knew that, in order to protect our republic, the Constitution, the legacy of the founding fathers and the Pygmy Owls, I had to find out what was going on. So, I sprang into action and put together a TRUTH TA...

Re: Missouri 2020 HP/Hunting Rifle Regional Entry and Program

Bob,

Is there any way to move this regional to July? That month just became very open for silhouette shooters.

Can you put this match in August on the years that the nationals are in Raton and in July on the years the nationals are in Ridgway?

Re: Bad News

So, "saved" was really a lie? Pretty much what I thought. Sheesh! My children are more perceptive than you. Think about it: 1. NRA had already set the dates at the Whittington center. 2. The ranges at the Whittington Center were reserved. 3. The NRA had a very capable person all set and ready to ru...

Re: Bad News

Really, Dustin? Maybe you should explain. Brent, You know that I'm never going to explain myself to you. However, I think that you should make the trip to Ridgway. It's a GREAT place and based upon your recent results you are too good a competitor to give up a chance to win a national championship....

Re: Bad News

Thank goodness the folks at Ridgway were able and willing to step up and save the match! And thanks very much to Mike for confirming that this is just a one-time deal so that the folks that regularly attend the nationals at the Whittington Center can rest easy! The matches will certainly be top notc...

Re: 2020 Coop Shoot

Would it be difficult to get a Competitor Equipment Report by Rifle Type (Target, Sporter & Open)? I'm getting more interest in Air Rifle Silhouette, but I'm still a "low information" Air Rifle Shooter! lol I'm guessing it might help some other folks as well! Greg, This is the information that I wo...

Re: Bergara B-14R 22LR

Dustin not in HR. In standard maybe. I'm referring to Matt Pavlik. Couldn't remember his name when I posted that. I'm pretty sure that Luke Johnson won SB Hunter rifle with an out of the box Savage Anschutz 54 Sporter. Matt Pavlik does shoot very good scores with his 77/22 though. John Mullins won ...

The winner of HR at the nationals at Ridgway was shooting a Ruger 77/22. Just saying...
No. He was shooting an Anschutz 54.18 Frankenhunter.

Re: Smallbore in Colorado

There's also a range/club at Lockheed Martin but you have to work there or know someone that does, another range in Sedalia but you have to know Gary or myself, ha ha. Sedalia range. https://i.postimg.cc/GhqgpWRc/IMG-20190421-123329.jpg Wow. The altitude really makes the distance between the target...
